Email us at jaelle@jaellesjewels.com, and give us:

1. the name and item number of the piece(s) you want
2. the length of the item
3. the mailing address where the jewelry will be sent
4. a phone number where we can reach you if necessary
5. your preferred form of payment (bank transfer or PayPal)

We will then email you an invoice, which will contain a total as well as payment instructions.  Once payment has cleared, we will mail out your package within 72 hours (not counting weekends and holidays). If for some reason we cannot mail your item(s) within 72 hours we will let you know and give you the option of a full refund or a 10% discount for waiting.
